These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aldermantradingcards.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Alderman Trading Cards, an individual seller based in Utah, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). We are not a corporation or limited liability company. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell collectible trading cards, including professionally graded cards. We work to describe and photograph every item accurately, but photographs may not perfectly reflect color, centering, or surface detail. Grades, labels, certification numbers, and card details are assigned by independent third-party grading companies (such as PSA). We do not assign those grades and do not guarantee them. Items are sold as described, and each listing is a single, one-of-a-kind item unless stated otherwise.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Because many of our cards are one-of-a-kind and are also offered on other marketplaces, an item may sell elsewhere before your order is processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or lack of availability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the canceled item.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full payment card number. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any item once an order has been placed and accepted, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we cancel your order as described in Section 3. Please review each listing, photograph, and grade carefully before you buy. If you have a question about an item, contact us before purchasing.

If your package arrives damaged or you believe you received an item materially different from the one listed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the situation. Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us, so that we can try to resolve the issue directly.

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier. Insurance and signature confirmation may be applied to higher-value orders at our discretion. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Authenticity and Condition

We sell cards in good faith and describe them to the best of our knowledge. Except for the limited statements made in the relevant listing, we make no other warranties about authenticity, grade, value, future appreciation, or investment performance. Collectible values can rise or fall, and nothing on the Site is investment, financial, or tax advice.

8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

Pokémon and all related names, characters, and artwork are trademarks and/or copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company. PSA and other grading company names are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. The design, text, and original content of this Site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using bots or scrapers without permission, submitting false information, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your home jurisdiction requires otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern informally.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when changes were last made. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and your purchases.
