This Privacy Policy explains how aldermantradingcards.com (the "Site") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit the Site, create an account, sign up for updates, or place an order. The Site is operated by Alderman Trading Cards, an individual seller based in Utah, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). We are not a corporation or limited liability company. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, join our email list, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and the content of any message you send us.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. Your full payment card number is entered directly into the secure checkout and is not stored by us. We may receive limited information such as the last four digits of a card, the card type, and whether payment succeeded.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our platform provider may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
- To process, ship, and support your orders, and to communicate with you about them
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity, and to keep the Site secure
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To send you updates, new listings, and offers if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not currently use your personal information for third-party targeted advertising. We share information only as needed to run the store, with:
- Shopify, which hosts the Site, powers checkout, and processes data on our behalf
- Payment processors, to complete your purchase and help prevent fraud
- Shipping carriers and postal services, to deliver your order
- Marketplace and inventory tools we use to keep listings accurate across the places we sell, such as eBay and our inventory synchronization software
- Email and communication tools used to send order messages and, if you opt in, marketing emails
- Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or is needed to protect rights, property, or safety, or to investigate fraud
These providers may use your information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it. If the store is ever sold or transferred, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and the new owner would be expected to honor this policy.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep items in your cart, complete checkout, remember your preferences, and maintain security, and that help us understand traffic and performance. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask for a portable copy, or object to or restrict certain uses.
