PSA labels it separately (this slab reads Cosmos Holo, James TD), and it has its own population and pricing, so only compare it against other Cosmos Holo copies.
</details><details>
How should I read the PSA 8 against the population above it?

194 cards sit above this copy at PSA 9 and 10, against roughly 264 at PSA 8 and 303 at PSA 7. Three quarters of the graded population is at PSA 8 or below, so a PSA 8 is a middle-of-the-pack grade here, and the step up to 9 is a real jump in rarity.
</details><details>
What holds a Cosmos Holo back from a 9 or 10?

Surface first.
