It is a PSA 9 Mint in the original PSA slab (cert 94287969).

Gym Challenge is the second half of the Gym series, and Sabrina's Gengar is one of its signature Psychic cards. This is a Stage 2 Psychic Pokémon with 90 HP that evolves from Sabrina's Haunter, with two attacks: Dark Wave for 20 and Shadow Bind for 40. The 1st Edition stamp and the gym-leader branding are part of what draws collectors to it.

On a card with this much dark artwork, centering and edge whitening are what decide the grade, and the photos show how this copy reads in the slab. A 10 is attainable on this card, so the premium comes down to centering and edges rather than extreme scarcity. Pull recent sold comps for both grades before deciding what the spread is worth to you.
</details><details>
How do I confirm it is a true 1st Edition?

Look for the 1st Edition stamp at the lower left of the artwork.
